Incorrect Size:
If you ordered the wrong size phone case, please notify me within 7 days of delivery.
The wrong size can be returned to:

The return should be made within 30 days, if after 30 days I can no longer accept any items back.
A store credit can be issued or a $4.00 re-ship fee is required to send the corrected size.
Damaged or Defective items:
Please examine your package and make contact within 7 days of delivery.
if your case is damaged, a replacement will be sent out.
if the case is no longer in stock, a store credit can be issued.

Wrong Address/ Returned Mail:
If your package has an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be returned by USPS.
Once the original package is returned, it can be re-shipped.

The reason there is a re-ship fee is because the postal carrier will re-charge us.
