Quality issue:

if your case is damaged, a replacement will be sent out asap. 
if the case is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued.
Please examine your package and make contact within 3-5 days of delivery.

Wrong Address/ Returned Mail:

If your package has an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be returned by USPS.

 Once the original package is returned, it can be re-shipped.

A $4.00 re-shipping fee is required.


Incorrect Size:

If the wrong size case was ordered, please return that case to:

The reason there is a re-ship fee is because the postal carrier will charge us with every package that is transported.
